These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RICHZI's website, applications, and services (the "Service"), operated by RICHZI ("RICHZI", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. The Service
RICHZI provides an AI-powered business intelligence platform that converts spreadsheets and operational data into dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and alerts. Features, models, and limits may evolve as the Service improves.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- Prices, taxes, and plan limits are shown at checkout and may change with prior notice.
- Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. Refund requests can be sent to billing@richzi.com.
- You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it.
- Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or distribute illegal content.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data, workbooks, and content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant RICHZI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload Your Content.
6. AI Features
The Service uses AI models to generate insights, forecasts, and suggestions. AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before acting on them.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risk, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; certain provisions survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law).
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RICHZI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RICHZI harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RICHZI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
